Hurricane Nicole in Florida... Surf and Destruction


Hurricane Nicole has been down graded to a tropical storm and has done major damage on the east coast... Stay safe, watch out for yourself and help others if you can. Here are a few videos that show some big surf and some major destruction along the east coast...

Footage of hurricane Nicole in Florida! Storm surge, flooding and extreme winds. According to the National Hurricane Center, Nicole made landfall as a Category 1 hurricane in eastern Florida early on Thursday before becoming a tropical storm. According to the NHC, the storm made landfall on North Hutchinson Island, just south of Vero Beach, with winds as high as 75 miles per hour. Later, as it traveled across the state's central and eastern regions, its winds dropped to 70 mph. On Wednesday, Nicole made landfall in the Bahamas, resulting in significant coastal flooding, power outages, road closures, and some evacuations. The extensive effects of Nicole, including coastal flooding, beach erosion, torrential rain, strong winds, and tornadoes, will keep moving up the Eastern Seaboard and across Florida.

Ben Gravy is at it again... Living the dream. Sure you might be thinking something like, "Man, that dudes so lucky! I wish I was that lucky." Well sure, just like catching a wave there is some luck involved, but they longer you surf the more likely you'll discover that the harder you work the luckier you become. And let's face the fact that Ben is really lucky, because he put in the seemingly endless effort and earned his good luck. Let's see just how lucky Ben is in this epic video... Check it out:

Hurricane Marie aka "the perfect storm" as far as Southern California surfers are concerned turned August 27, 2014 into a day to remember . Double to triple overhead conditions brought pros to Surfrider and Zuma beaches including Laird Hamilton, Reef Mcintosh, and Joel Tudor. Local legend Allen Sarlo shot the pier multiple times, including once with Laird on the same wave. Enjoy the footage and don't forget to subscribe!!
