PSA... Caution Dangerous Currents

This is a great review of a very bad situation and some priceless lessons learned worth listening to... Check it out...

My Reply to Nathan Florence on My NEAR DEATH SITUATION in Hawaii

FOR THE DREAM TICKETS! https://www.ticketmaster.com/for-the-... A lot of people told me to go check out the Nathan Florence analysis on my near death situation in Hawaii (youtube.com/watch?v=Z8HQBA4dh_8) I already had a lot of respect for Nate as a surfer & a business man, but it was great to see how he came across on the video with the utmost of respect and speaking about the situation in a way that will actually help people if they watch this video. He goes into a backstory about a session in which he was STUCK BETWEEN A RIP CURRENT AND A SET WAVE & then touches on my situation. All in all a great video & I hope you enjoy my reply! Thanks!! PIPELINE | 3rd REEF MADNESS! | MASSIVE 3RD REEF CLEAN UP SET! | 11.26.21

8-12 ft, Occasional 25 footer! X10! WHAT! The lineup was thin... Jeff Hubbard was out, along with a few surfers and a handful of other bodyboarders... When all of the sudden, the horizon went black! A 10 wave MONSTER SET FROM HELL rolled in. We saw it long before the lineup did... WOW! All but one guy got washed to the beach during the onslaught of madness. No one was hurt, thankfully. I have filmed, watched, and swam Pipeline quite a bit over the last couple of years and I have to say that this was a first for me. I have seen macking 2nd reef days with the occasional 3rd reef clean up but never an 8-12 foot day that had this big of a 3rd reef set. It was a spectacle!
