Welcome to the Skookumchuck Narrows, a tidal rapid that is well known by tide enthusiasts and kayakers for its massive standing wave and insane whirlpools… In this video, I’m linking up with one of the first surfers I’ve heard of to frequent this place, blending the lines between surfing and kayaking… and getting to experience the special place these two worlds meet. Biggest Keramas In Years
This was the biggest swell of the year and Keramas was as big as we've seen it in a long time.
It doesn't always have the best shape when it's big, but there were some epic barrels during this session.
